Parthenon Partners typically costs $10/month per HVAC unit but is being gifted to the loyal supporters of Lipscomb University athletics for the 2024/2025 school year.

An HVAC tune-up (valued at $150) is important for the health of your system and is recommended twice a year: an AC tune-up in the spring and a heating tune-up in the fall.

During a tune-up, the technician performs routine maintenance tasks to keep the system running smoothly. This includes cleaning the unit, checking refrigerant levels, inspecting components for wear and tear, and ensuring everything is working efficiently.

The goal of a tune-up is preventive maintenance to catch any potential issues before they become major problems.

I have used them for years for plumbing issues, but decided to try them for replacing my old HVAC. They were on time (early actually) and professional, and walked me through every step of the process. Appreciate the extra time to explain things about the newer system. As they left, the crew pulled up to remove the trash and old unit seamlessly. Their prices were pretty comparable to other Nashville companies and they offer a yearly maintenance program that’s pretty reasonable. Would recommend.

Terms Of Partnership

A Parthenon Partnership does not have an expiration date. The saved payment method will be charged monthly (or annually, as appropriate). It will auto-renew until our office is notified of cancellation and confirmed verbally with a Parthenon Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, LLC team member. Failed payment for 3 consecutive months will result in membership cancellation. After 3 attempts of documented contact to the customer (via phone call, text message, email, or other) by our team, and/or a lapse of two months past the scheduled month of service without scheduling that tune-up, loss of that tune-up will result. No refunds will be offered or services honored.

If a Parthenon Partnership is canceled in the first 1-year after the membership is sold, the card on file in the customer’s account will be charged the full amount of the discounts received for work. Including maintenances, discounts for parts and labor and discounted service fee.

The Parthenon Partnership must include all heat sources and cooling sources in the home to qualify for the additional discounts. The base price of the Parthenon Partnership covers one HVAC system. Additional units are covered based on a la carte pricing.
