Residential Dispatch Fees

We’re committed to providing honest and reliable services for our residential customers. Here’s our pricing structure for dispatch fees based on the type of service, timing, and membership status:

Key Points for Residential Customers:

Same-Day Service: Same-day service requests must be received by 3:30 p.m. to qualify for rates listed above (Monday-Saturday). Requests after this time will incur evening rates.
Scheduling Availability: Appointments for tune-ups, inspections, estimates, and installations are available Monday through Friday only.
Non-Waivable Fees: Dispatch fees above $0 are not waived, even if work is approved and performed onsite.
Holidays: On select holidays, Parthenon dispatch fees are $300 for non-Partners and $240 for Partners.
Weather Considerations: An inclement weather fee of $150 (or $120 for Partners) applies during hazardous driving conditions to ensure the safety of our team and prompt service delivery.
Other Considerations: Other factors such as specialty equipment, or jobs requiring over the normal allotted time for diagnostics, may incur a dispatch fee of $199 (or $159 for Partners).

What is a Dispatch Fee?

A dispatch fee is the associated cost it takes for Parthenon to send a technician and a stocked service vehicle to your home during normal business hours. Parthenon offers a complimentary dispatch service that includes basic diagnostic. This complimentary dispatch fee is only for traditional residences such as single-family homes, duplexes and townhomes.

Condos and apartments, plus other residences with HVAC systems on the roof, may be subject to dispatch fees of $199 (or $159 for Partners).

Additional fees may apply for diagnostic services for specialty equipment such as mini-split, geothermal and wine coolers, or for situations where lengthy diagnostic services are necessary to identify the issue that you’re experiencing.

Are Dispatch fees Refundable if I Approve the Repair?

For residential customers, dispatch fees are complimentary by design, however when the diagnostics or equipment extends outside of the normal scope, the associated dispatch fees are not eligible to be waived.
For commercial customers, disptach fees are not eligible for waivers, reflecting the complexity of commercial systems and service demands.

How Can I Schedule Same-Day Service?

To qualify for same-day service, requests must be submitted by 3:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Service requests received after this time will be subject to evening rates. Same-day service is based on availability.
