Vanderbilt University Legends Golf Clubhouse
This project included renovations to the existing Golf House and a 60% expansion of the building footprint. Parthenon provided commercial plumbing for new locker rooms, coach’s offices, and outdoor gas fire pits, along with installation of a state-of-the-art HVAC system.
Christ Presbytarian Acaemy Fine Arts Building
Parthenon provided commercial construction plumbing for this ground-up, state-of-the-art 550-seat theater at Christ Presbyterian Academy, including an 1,800 sq ft black box theater. The plumbing system incorporated specialty soundproofing measures to maintain a quiet, performance-ready environment throughout the facility.
Maury County Regional Airport
Parthenon completed commercial construction plumbing for a new 5,400 sq ft terminal building, including demolition of the existing terminal and coordination of temporary facilities. This allowed the airport to maintain seamless operations throughout construction.
YMCA - Brentwood
As part of the Maryland Farms relocation to the Brentwood YMCA campus, this renovation included commercial plumbing upgrades to locker rooms, construction of a new steam room, and installation of a fully welded 6” gas service line. Parthenon delivered systems built for safety, durability, and high-traffic performance.
Currey Ingram Academy Dorms
This three-story, ground-up dormitory project included commercial plumbing systems featuring a cascading tankless water heater bank, more than 30 restrooms, and miles of refrigerant tubing for a state-of-the-art VRF HVAC system. Parthenon delivered high-performance systems designed for daily residential use at scale.
Rocketship Dream Community Prep School
This ground-up, two-story charter school project included commercial construction plumbing for an industrial-sized water heater system and specialty exterior water fountains. Each system was designed to meet the demands of high daily use in an active school environment.
BrightStone Center for Learning, Art, & Enterprise
This 23,000 sq ft facility is the cornerstone of BrightStone’s “Land of Dreams” campus. Parthenon provided commercial construction plumbing systems to support classrooms, training spaces, and essential services for adults with disabilities.
US Bank - Brentwood Branch
This commercial renovation included a full HVAC system upgrade at an existing US Bank location off Franklin Rd, along with plumbing renovations to support newly upgraded restrooms. Parthenon ensured all plumbing improvements aligned seamlessly with the building’s updated infrastructure.
Century Farms Medical Plaza
