What are the terms and conditions?
Depending on the rejuvenation plan selected, the customer will receive a promotional window of either 2 years (for Core Plan) or 4 years (for Complete Plan).
The parts & labor warranty covers 100% of the parts replaced, so if in the unlikely case where the new components fail, Parthenon will return at no cost to fix the issue.
Should the rejuvenated HVAC system fail within the promotional window and Parthenon deems the system to be irreparable and requiring replacement, the customer will be credited back 100% of the cost of the rejuvenation to put towards a new HVAC system with Parthenon.
