What Are People Matter Service Calls?
Did you know that, unlike plumbing, which keeps us busy year-round, HVAC service calls often peak during the extreme conditions of harsh winters and scorching summers?
This seasonality opens up unique opportunities in Parthenon’s schedule and allow us to extend a helping hand to our community during milder months, aligning with our ‘Where People Matter’ commitment.
We’re calling on our existing customers to help us honor our local community members by submitting nominations of deserving residents to receive a FREE HVAC Tune-Up from Parthenon Plumbing Heating & Cooling.
Who Qualifies for these Service Calls?
These nominations must meet the following criteria:
- A homeowner in the greater Nashville area within our service area
AND - Holding significant honor: (Ex: teacher, military, front line workers, etc.)
Do you know someone who qualifies? Please nominate them!
Servicing is based on scheduling. Should our pro technicians recommend a recipient’s HVAC system receive additional work, Parthenon will offer to perform these services at its cost to the recipient. Recipient is not required to have any recommendations performed.
Recipient must be nominated into the People Matter program prior to the scheduling of services.
